    Hi Charlie! Happy New Year to you and B.J.. I like your photo. But what I don’t understand is how your paws look so white and your mouth area looks like mud. Can you tell me why?

      Hi Susan,
      Charlie Bear here…my paws are snowy white and they stay that way pretty much all the time until I walk in actual mud! Now, my face below my mouth is almost always brown, like mud you say, because the hair there is brown and some gray. Mom Peep says the groomers can do something like bleach it, but she doesn’t like to put me through anything more than she has to. Did you know a Havanese dog like me has actual hair and not fur? I have to be groomed more often because it grows and grows, like on Mom Peep’s head. lol
